What about the insurance for my car?
DriverB is fully insured through Biz Cover Insurance Company for upto AU$5,000,000 public liability, and we are currently acquiring a fully comprehensive Motor Driving Risk Policy.
DriverB Chauffeurs at Fault: DriverB will pay the customer’s insurance policy excess up to the value of $1,500 or pay a reasonable amount for minor damages, direct to an accredited repairer up to $1,500. DriverB may involve services of an independent and qualified Motor Loss Assessor in determining such repair costs at its own discretion.  Third Party at Fault: DriverB or its drivers will not be liable for any repair or replacement costs. Claims are made on Client’s insurance policy against the third party at fault. Uninsured Vehicles: DriverB will not be liable for any repair or replacement costs.   


What type of cars do we cover for our service?
We cover our services for vehicles up to 4.5 tonnes. We are able to drive suprecars, cars, utilities, vans, some light trucks, car-based motor tricycles, tractors and implements such as graders, vehicles that seat up to 12 adults, including the driver. This is not limited but that includes: Sedan, MPV, SUV, Crossover, Coupe, Convertible and more.  
Who is responsible for parking and tolls?
You are responsible for payment of any parking and toll. So please make sure all the payments for these purposes are already arranged.  
Who is responsible for moving traffic violations?
DriverB is responsible for payment of any moving traffic violations, so please have a peace of mind that we record all the liabilities from the time DriverB is at the wheel of your vehicle until the time it’s been parked safely in your nominated spot.  
What happens if there will be any problems with your car?
If the car can’t be driven for any reason, we can arrange the Road Side Assistant but all the expenses should be payable by car owner. There might be some additional cost due to timing and occurring circumstances.  


How reliable are the Designated Drivers?
Be worry free with our service, our drivers are highly trained to handle all types of cars, direction expert, professional and trustworthy. Our carefully selected drivers have gone through the rigorous screening process with impeccable records and above-average driving skills would appreciate your car and respect their value.  
How can I contact Drivers?
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll be able to call your allocated driver through the app (please note, it’s using your mobile service).

How do I know the service availability?
For on-demand service, the live tracking of the available professional chauffeurs can be visible on the map at the time of booking. If there is no available professional chauffeurs are showing on the map, you may need to send the request for a later booking with the minimum of 1 hour. DriverB will confirm the availability within an hour.  


How do I book?
To book the service, you can either go to the booking page on our website or use our app and make the booking.

When can I book?
You can book anytime via DriverB website or App. If booking for a later time, your request will be sent to our system and a professional chauffeur will be assigned to your booking. You will get the booking confirmation via sms and email.  
What happens after you book?
You receive the booking confirmation and you can track your drive on map with ET DriverB will message you when your allocated chauffeur is arrived at the pick up point, you may also call the driver through the app (using your phone services). You hand over the keys to your personal chauffeur and be driven home in your own car. The route is as per in the booking and any changes to the route may result the differences in estimated pricing.  
How can I change or cancel my booking?
You can access your later bookings via web platform or app and make any changes you require or even cancel. The cancelation fee may applies if it’s canceled one hour or earlier than the pickup time.    
How can I pay for the service?
DriverB platform offers a wallet where you can buy credit or redeem the promotional vouchers/rewards and add them to your balance. The fund will be available immediately to use for your bookings. Alternatively we accept all the major credit cards and debit cards, you can enter the details in our secure platform and save them in your profile and pay at the end of the service.
